During your first appointment you will receive your own customized natural medicine and lifestyle based treatment plan to achieve permanent results that can include:
1. Body Acupuncture with Cupping, Gua Sha, Acupressure ear seeds, electrical stimulation, micro-current, 5 color Medical grade LED, PEMF, reiki, topical and internal herbal medicine and supplements with natural skin care, bath, and teas.
2. Lifestyle self-care tools training & exercise therapy with chigong, yoga, meditation, breath work, acupressure, KT Tape and other natural self-care habits with customized health and human performance coaching.
3. Functional Medicine assessment and custom natural lifestyle based treatment plans with custom lab test kits along with vitamin & herbal medicine supplements can also be evaluated, recommended, ordered, and shipped to your home or picked up at our Evergreen Clinic.
4. Permanent weight loss and pain management with a comprehensive lifestyle based treatment plan that can include acupuncture, diet therapy & vitamin supplement assessments with labs and evidence informed recommendations, herbal medicine, stress management self-care tool training in yoga, Qigong, breath work & exercise therapies and Nutrient Body Sculpting with Celluma 5 Color Medical Grade LED light therapy and vibration plate sessions for lymphatic drainage stimulation & natural body contouring.

HSA & FSA cards are accepted at our qualifying medical clinic and receipts are provided.
Most Health Insurance Plans are accepted with Dr. Andrea as an in network or out of network provider.
We will verify your insurance coverage with you prior to your first appointment as each plan is unique regarding what diagnosis and treatments are covered, deductibles, how many visits are allowed and whether or not a copay or co-insurance payment is required.
For cash paying patients we offer treatment discounts including a $60 special rate for seniors, 20% all treatment services for local group members and have free and low cost community acupuncture treatment services on Saturdays 1p-5p. Most conditions require an average of 6-12 treatments, although some will respond well within 4-6 visits and others may require a longer series – this depends on the severity and the chronic nature of the condition.

- $ 50 Lifestyle Design assessment and plan consultation 30 minutes can be virtual or live and $50 fee can be applied to any treatment services.
- $100 Functional Medicine consultation live in clinic or via telemedicine includes case history & lab review with custom lab orders as needed, Lifestyle based treatment and longevity plan with TCM herbal medicine, vitamins, diet, exercise & stress management with customized Qigong, yoga, meditation and breath work.
- $125 Body Acupuncture with cupping 60 minutes includes infrared and aromatherapy with 5 Color Medical Grade Celluma LED light therapy and PEMF.
- $10-$50 custom herbal medicine prescriptions herbal medicine assessment and prescription is included with Acupuncture, functionally medicine and 30 minute lifestyle design consults. This $10-$50 cost is for the actually herbal medicine product and price and size varies.
- $60 Senior Rate Body Acupuncture with cupping 60 minutes includes infrared and aromatherapy
- $175 Facial Acupuncture 90 minutes includes facial & body acupuncture with facial cupping, gua sha, micro current with herbal medicine natural skin care with bath and teas, exercise therapy, nutritional therapy, supplements.
- $255 Micro Needling with body acupuncture 60 minutes includes clinical research shown to be effective herbal medicine topicals, LED light therapy, infrared therapy and herbal medicine based natural skin care take home kit ($50 value) for use during the month after your treatment to enhance anti-aging & hair growth of both scalp & eyebrows results that can last up to 5 years.
